Intro to Nirokami

Nirokami isa Japanese Ceramic art that involves laying and pressing coloured clays together to create patterns within the clay itself.  In this workshop we will explore the process of dyeing the clay and then experiemnting and exploring creating pattern in the clay that will become the slab of clay we will use to make a hand built vessels
