I am a pisces, a dreamer, an over thinker and an ideas gal. I have a wild imagination and love the raw elements, the lush, mossy, ancient rainforest is my happy place especially on the coast where the waves crash rhythmically on shore.


Refund policy

Due to the nature of the items purchased and the crazy times we live in, refunds or replacements are given only on broken ceramics or if for some reason you received the wrong item.

There is a 15 day period from the date of purchase /ship out for you to inspect your items and ensure that you have received them in a desirable state.  If something does happen to arrive broken or damaged in the mail, please email us (earthandfibrestudio@gmail.com) a photo of the damage and contact us as soon as it arrives  so we can get you a new item or begin to make you a replacement or  send you a refund if that is what you prefer.

If you have received the wrong item, please get in touch ASAP and we will send you a new item and a shipping label for you to return the item well packed back to us.


We will NOT be responsible for any lost or missing items if you do not opt for the tracking option in shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items or used items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
